Earl D. Drummond, 86, of Warren passed away November 27, 2012 at the Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
Earl was born October 17, 1926 in Warren to Edward and Carla (Rombold) Drummond.
He graduated from Warren G. Harding High School in Warren and was a proud WW II veteran of the US Navy. Earl retired from Thomas Steel after 36 years of service, and was a longtime active member of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Warren, a 50 year member of the Carroll F. Clapp Masonic Lodge, past Worthy Patron of the Morning Light Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star, the Scottish Rite Bodies and was a member of the Shrine.
He is survived by a daughter, Marsha (David) Simpson of Liberty; two sons, Raymond (Carol) Drummond of Liberty and Donald (Diane) Drummond of Warren; six grandchildren, Laura, Amy, Tim, Dan, Darla and Dennis, five great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren; one sister, Thelma (Charles) Vanscoy. He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy and two grandsons, David and Douglas.
Calling hours will be Friday, November 30, 2012 from 5-8 PM at the Lane Family Funeral Homes, Roberts-Clark Chapel, 180 Garfield Dr. Warren OH 44483. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Saturday at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church 140 Cherry Ave, Warren, OH 44485 with interment to follow in Crown Hill Memorial Park.
