She was born Lois Mary Brown Oct. 22, 1932 the daughter of the late Harry and Edna (Egler) Brown.
A lifetime area resident, Mary was a 1950 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and attended the Trumbull campus of Kent State University.

She also leaves a brother Harry "Junior" Brown of Howland, a sister Beverly Brown of Castle Rock, CO, Norma Jibotian of Warren who was like a sister to her, and numerous nieces and nephews.
