Richard E. Forrester
Niles â€" Richard â€śRichâ€ť E. Forrester, 41 of Niles passed away Thursday evening June 4, 2009.
Rich was born December 7, 1967 in Youngstown, Ohio. He was a 1985 graduate of South High School.
He proudly served as Union President at Michigan Hanger for several years taking enormous pride in his ability to bargain contracts for his fellow employees. After the closing of Michigan Hanger Rich was employed by Associate Paper Stock in North Lima, Ohio. Rich was the President of R.F.Enterprises.
As a loving, devoted father to his children, Rich thrived on being the best dad he could be. He loved the quality time he spent with his family and friends. He was an avid sports fan and golfer. He looked forward to playing cards with his buddies and gaming. He loved relaxing to Frank Sinatra, motorcycle riding with his daughter, and 4-wheeling with his son.
Rich was blessed with his two children who survive him. His â€śAngelâ€ť Dana, and his â€śBuddyâ€ť Zachary (both of Mineral Ridge) were the center of his world. Rich will also be leaving behind the mother of his children Sharon Forrester of Mineral Ridge and his step-father Jerry Pennybaker of Lisbon. He leaves three brothers: Tom Forrester of Weirton W.V., Jim (Nancy) Forrester of Hobe Sound, Fl., Paul (Christina) Forrester of Salem, two sisters; Janet Forrester of Youngstown, and Gerri Lynn (Rich) Beaver of Lisbon; several nieces and nephews . He is also leaving behind many close friends who loved and cared about him.
He was preceded in death by his parents Richard Forrester and Stella (Castle) Forrester â€" Pennybaker.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday at Lane Funeral Home in Mineral Ridge Chapel. Family and friends may call from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm Monday.

Farmers National Bank Mineral Ridge office.
Richâ€(TM)s charismatic personality will be deeply miss by all who knew and loved him.
