Adelene Griffith

Adelene Griffith of Austintown, OH, died at 2:30 PM Saturday at her residence. She was 87. Mrs. Griffith was born in Youngstown, OH on January 21, 1920, a daughter of Albert and Elsie Hawker Featsent. She was a 1938 graduate of Liberty High School. Adelene worked at Rhiel Supply Co. as a bookkeeper. Mrs. Griffith loved reading and sewing. Her husband, Isaac David Griffith, whom she married March 12, 1949, died April 27, 1986. Survivors include: 2 daughters, Pamela and her husband Jack Nock of Austintown, OH, and Patricia and her husband Rene Bertheaud of Canfield, OH; 2 grandchildren, David and Julia Bertheaud. She was preceded in death by: her parents; 2 brothers, Thomas and Alben Featsent; a sister Mary Clude. Services are private. Lane Funeral Home – Austintown Chapel handled the arrangements.
