Youngstown,- Funeral services will be held 1 PM Thursday at the Lane Funeral Home-Austintown Chapel for Agnes Jane McCormick, age 80 of 228 N. Maryland Ave. who died Sunday in St. Elizabeth Hospital. Agnes was born March 15, 1924 in Youngstown and was the daughter of Jesse Boughner and Polly Jane (Hash) Boughner Brown. She retired in March 15, 1986 from Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Santa Clara, California where she was named Employee of the Month for Northern California. She was a member of the Wickliffe Christian Church where she was a member of the quilters group. She was an avid bowler, liked to travel and do scrap booking, photography and crafts. She made China Dolls and various other ceramic items. Agnes is survived by her husband Frank L. McCormick whom she married April 9, 1966. She also leaves three daughters, Barbara Ellen (Robert) Roy of Yuba City, CA, Polly Jane (Darel, Jr.) Walker of Rescue, CA, Dian Agnes (Ron) Cook of Rescue, CA, four stepchildren, Marilyn (Terry) Gilland of Omak, Washington, Susan (Robert) Tobias of Houston, TX, Robert (Peanut) McCormick of Youngstown, Carol (Dave) Palumbo also of Youngstown, two sisters Betty Zetts of Youngstown, Ruth Halen of Homeworth, OH, three half-sisters Patty, Margie, Kathy, two half-brothers Francis, Richard, 11 grandchildren, 9 step grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Robert Lepsik, three sisters Virginia Evenson, Martha Lepsik, Mary McCutcheon, a brother William Boughner, two half brother Robert adn Jimmy Boughner and a granddaughter Rhonda Kersey. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 PM Wed. eve.
