Berlin Center- Funeral services will be held 11 AM Thursday at the Lane Funeral Home-Austintown Chapel for Alice Marie Fink Rowbottom, age 56 of Berlin Center who went to be with her Lord after a long and courageous battle with kidney and heart ailments. Alice was a 1967 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School and Ohio College of Massotherapy in 1995. She was a lifetime member of the Cooking Club of America and the National Home Gardening Club. She loved playing with and helping care for her beloved grandkids, Cole and Hannah. She also loved to do gardening, canning and cooking. She was a lifetime area resident and the proud daughter of Earl D. (Jim) and Mary Ellen Corll Fink of Kirk Rd. and Ft. Myers, FL. She married Roger Rowbottom on June 10, 1967 and was a devoted mother to Georgina Marie (Alex) Koran of Kansas City, MO. and Anthony Jay (Melissa) Rowbottom and their children Coleman Jay and Hannah Lynn of Columbiana. She will be sadly missed by her sisters and brothers Marcia (Nick) Depizzo, Margaret (Jim) Ingledue, Lynn Ellen Mikula, Chauncey (Marie) Fink and Kenneth (Tammy) Fink. She also leaves 7 nephews, 7 nieces, 6 great nephews and 4 great nieces. Her mother-in-law Alice R. Rowbottom and step grandchildren Douglas and Jennifer Koran also survive her. The family wishes to thank the staff at Northside and St. Elizabeth Hospitals, Briarfield at Ashley Place and especially all the wonderful staff and friends at the Javitt Court Kidney Center. Also her many fine physicians including Dr’s Doe, Padgett and Facemyer. The family requests that all donations be made to the Kidney Foundation and please be an organ donor. Friends and family may call from 5-8 PM Wed. at the funeral home.
