Alice Marie Prest

Austintown-Friends may call from 5-8 pm Friday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Alice Marie Prest who died Monday at her residence. Alice was born April 15, 1951 in Youngstown the daughter of John J. and Georgina (Manhollan) Cahill and was a life long area resident. Alice was a homemaker and enjoyed her family, especially looking after her father and grandson Billy who she helped raise. She was a 1969 graduate of Struthers High School and attended Youngstown State University She is survived by her father John J. Cahill of Youngstown, daughter Stacey Prest and grandson Billy McGeorge Jr. of Austintown, brothers Robert (Joyce) Cahill of Longview Texas, John C. Cahill of Youngstown, her companion Robert Bivens of Campbell, nieces Jana Cahill, Jessica Green, nephew Patrick Cahill and other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert E. Prest whom she married in 1978 died in 1984, her best friend Bonnie Baker and friend Wallace Amos Jr.
