Allan G. Hudzik

Memorial services will be 6 PM Friday at the First Presbyterian Church of Mineral Ridge, 3654 St. Rte. 46, Mineral Ridge, OH 44440, for Allan G. Hudzik, who passed away Sunday evening at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Allan was born September 7, 1963 in Mineral Ridge a son of Michael and Betty (Gilmore) Hudzik. A graduate of Mineral Ridge High School, Allan was a production manager for Datco Manufacturing Company. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1985 – 1991 earning the Nation Defense Service Medal. He was a former member of the First Presbyterian Church in Mineral Ridge, and was passionate about racing his number 30H stockcar at Sharon Speedway. His crew members, including his brother Chuck, son Michael, uncle Duane Spiecher, and friends Darrell Neal and Steve Burns will miss him dearly. Allan will be sadly missed by his mother of Niles; his wife, the former Judy Sallaz, whom he married February 13, 2001; two sons Michael and Adam Hudzik; step son Derick Sallaz; and three brothers: Don, and Chuck Hudzik both of Mineral Ridge, and Mick Hudzik of Niles. Besides his father, Allan is preceded in death by a brother Bob Hudzik. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society in Allan’s name. Friends may call from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Mineral Ridge.
