Ambrose Kalasky

Funeral services will be held 3:30 PM Saturday, January 5 at the Lane Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel for Mr. Ambrose Kalasky, 71, of 10605 New Rd., who died Thursday morning in Briarfield Manor Care Center. Ambrose was born December 7, 1930 in Ralph, PA. the son of Paul and Julia Balouch Kalasky and came to this area in 1950. He worked as a self employed plumber for 30 years retiring in 1996. He was also a life member of the NRA , an avid outdoorsman and deer hunter, and a veteran of the United States Airforce. He is survived by his wife, the former Irene Ribniscky whom he married November 15, 1952, two sons, Ambrose Jr. of North Jackson and Steven Kalasky of Jackson Center, PA, and a brother, Rudy Kalasky of Woodbridge, VA. and four grandchildren. Three sisters, Mary Jane Greene, Julia Toth and Ann Costello along with five brothers, William, Louis, Joseph, Pete and Paul Kalasky are deceased. Friends may call from 1:30 to 3:30 Saturday at the funeral home.
