Lordstown-A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday April 26, for Andrew Scott who died Tuesday morning at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. Andrew was born March 4, 1944 in Warren the son of Andrew C. and Dorothy (Engle) Scott Sr. Andrew retired in 1990 from General Motors where he had worked 23 years. After his retirement he was a Lake Erie Charter Captain and owned and operated with his wife BB’s Gourmet Coffee Barn. He graduated from Joseph Badger High School in 1963 then enlisted in the U.S. Air force serving from 1963 to 1966. He will be sadly missed by his wife Bonnie (Stewart) Scott whom he married October 22, 1964, sons; Rob (Michele) of Champion, John of Lyman, S.C. and Jaime of Canfield, grandchildren; Joshua and Brooke Scott. He is also survived by his sisters; Myrtle Easton of Champion, Lora (Rich) Hawkins of Champion, Deb (Jack) Hudak of Lordstown, Judy (Tom) Klosinski of Orwell and his brother Bud (Arlene) of Orwell. Andrew was preceded in death by his parents and brother Melvin. The family will receive friends from 2-5 pm Sunday at the Lordstown Administration Building. Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel assisted the family with making arrangements.
