ANGELO A. LACIVITA, JR. BOARDMAN-There will be Services at 10 a.m. Monday at Western Reserve Community Church for Angelo A. LaCivita, Jr., 55, who died Wednesday morning at St. Elizabeth Health Center. He was born Jan. 6, 1958 in Youngstown, the son of Angelo A. and Nettie Frances Hanni LaCivita, Sr. Angelo was a 1976 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and received his Pastoral training from the Exel Victory Christian Center. Angelo was the Senior Pastor of Western Reserve Community Church. He was also a patient safety companion with St. Elizabeth Health center. He had also worked with the Neighborhood Ministries Rockfield Village, was a former owner of New Look Cleaning Services and had been employed at TAMCO. Angelo was also a former Senior Chaplain with the Youngstown Police Dept., past Director of Lord's Laughers Clown Ministry, past Director of My Brother's Keeper Ministry, past Director of National Day of Prayer of Mahoning County, a fromer Chaplain at Grace Place Medical Services at Southside Hospital and the former Children's Pastor at Trinity Fellowship Church. Angelo is survived by his father, Angelo A. LaCivita, Sr.; his wife, the former Nancy A. Opritza, whom he married March 25, 1995; his sons, Dante (Meghan) LaCivita of Springfield, MO and Michael Maiorana of Austintown and his daughter, Lisa Maiorana of North Canton; his brother, Anthony (Chris) LaCivita of New Castle, PA; his sister, Michelle (Gary) Palermo of Brimfield, OH and his grandchildren, Gianna and Zane LaCivita. Angelo was preceded in death by his mother, Nettie Frances LaCivita. Family and Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Sunday at Western Reserve Community Church and 9-10 a.m. on Monday, prior to the Service. Memorials may be given to the Church, 8590 Hitchcock Rd.
