A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM Wednesday in St. James Church in North Jackson for Ann Marie Falasca, 68 of Berlin Center who passed away Saturday in St. Elizabeth Medical Center Main Campus. Ann was born January 29, 1941 in Youngstown the daughter of Salvatore and Helen (Ozello) Neri. She was an East High School graduate, class of 1958 and had been a bus driver with the Western Reserve School System until 1985. Ann was an active member of the church, where she was a lector, involved with the Bible study group, the Crescendo, and as a volunteer within the church, as well as a volunteer at the soup kitchen. Ann also enjoyed reading, flowers, and bird watching. Ann leaves her husband Joseph Falasca, whom she married September 7, 1963, four children, Josie McCormick of Struthers and her fiancée Dave Abair, Michael Falasca and his wife Debbie of Salem, Elena Yeaton and her husband Rob of Akron, and Tracie Burnett and her husband Ed of Berlin Center. Ann also leaves two sisters; Angie Donofrio and Helen Deley both of Youngstown, as well as 10 grandchildren; Deanna, Dino, Jayme, Miranda, Joseph, Sammy, Lauren, Autumn, Isaac, and Matthew. Besides her parents, Ann is preceded in death by one brother; Tony Neri. Family and friends may call from 5 to 8 PM Tuesday at the Lane Funeral Home Canfield Chapel and again Wednesday from 10 AM until 10:45 AM at the church. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to either the American Heart Association or to the church in Ann’s name.
