Ann P. Raschella

AUSTINTOWN- Ann P. Raschella, 94, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 9, 2014. She was born August 6, 1920 in Sebring, OH to the late John and Victoria Popovich. Ann was a loving mother and homemaker. She married Frank Raschella Sr. on January 19, 1942 and they spent 51 years together before he passed away on June 20, 1993. Ann enjoyed baking and playing Bingo. Her true passion in life, however, was her family. Left to celebrate Ann's memory are her children, Sandy (Bob) Goldner of Austintown, Frank (Paulette) Raschella Jr. of Cortland, Jay (Betty) Raschella of Austintown, and Chriss Raschella of Austintown; 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Ann is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Frank, and her 2 brothers and 2 sisters. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Humility House and Hospice of the Valley for their excellent and compassionate care for our Mom. The family will receive friends from 1:30PM-2:30PM on Saturday December 13, 2014 at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel. Following the calling hours there will be a procession to Brunstetter Cemetery.
