Anna Maria Moschillo

Anna Maria Moschillo 83, of Hartford, passed away peacefully Tuesday afternoon August 30, 2011 at her home. Mrs. Moschillo was born on September 29, 1927 in San Bartolmeo in Galdo, Italy, the daughter of Michele and Carmela (Picciuto) Perna. She married Antonio Moschillo on April 17, 1950 and together with their three daughters would immigrate to the United States in 1966. She and her family would make their home in Hartford. She was an amazing baker and famous with her family and friends for her cooking skills. She was an avid gardener and had a special gift for being a beloved wife, mom, grandma, great-grandma and friend to many all at the same time. She leaves behind her husband of more than sixty-one years Antonio; her three daughters Grace Vitello and her husband Robert of Masury, OH, Carmelina Nuzzo and her husband Salvatore of Hartford, OH, and Michelina Braho and her husband Gerald of Fowler, OH; her brother Pasquale Perna of San Bartolmeo in Galdo, Italy; nine beloved grandchildren Robert Vitello and his wife Darcy, Antonio Vitello, Alessandro Vitello and his wife Ann, Michelina Vitello, Marcell Vitello, Alivia Nuzzo, Vincent Nuzzo, Adrianna Braho and Joseph Braho; and by her great-grandson Alessandro Vitello Jr.. Preceding her in death were her parents. Calling Hours will take place on Friday September 2, 2011 from 5-8:00PM at the Madasz Funeral Chapel in Brookfield, OH. Closing prayers will begin at 11:15AM on Saturday September 3, 2011 at the funeral home immediately to be followed by the Celebration of a Mass of Christian Burial to be held at 12:00PM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Farrell, PA with the Rev. Dan Kresinski as Pastor.
