Anna Vargo

Anna (Walochik) Vargo, 91, of Howland, passed away February 23, 2015 in Port Clinton, OH with family by her side. Anna was born July 11, 1923 in Claytonia, PA, daughter of the late Andrew and Anna (Palvalka) Walochik. In 1943, she married Walter Paul Vargo, Sr., who preceded her in death in 1991. She retired after many years as a press operator for both Packard Electric and Ohio Lamp. After retirement, she enjoyed spending time with her family, mainly her grandchildren. Anna is survived by five children, Walter P. Vargo, Jr. of Braceville, Albert A.(Linda) Vargo of Vienna, James E. (Terri) Vargo of Helena and David A. (Linda) Vargo of Oak Harbor ; one daughter, Sandra Lee (Edwin) Jackson of Coral Springs, FL; 16 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday at the Lane Family Funeral Homes, Roberts-Clark Chapel, 180 Garfield Dr. Warren, 44483. Interment will follow at All Souls Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Friday. The family wishes to thank Stein Hospice for all their compassion and help.
