Anthony J. Boerio

YOUNGSTOWN-Anthony J. Boerio, 56, passed away Friday morning, September 6, 2019 at Hospice House. Tony was born July 15, 1963 in Youngstown, a son of Victor J. and Marion L. (Hoskins) Boerio, Jr. He was a Respiratory Therapist with Trumbull Memorial Hospital, retiring in 2012. Tony graduated from Austintown Fitch High School in 1981 and received his Bachelor’s Degree from Y.S.U. in 1988. Tony was a member of Christ Community Church in Campbell, where he played the drums during Services and was a member of the Men’s Group of the Church. Tony enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and loved music. Tony is survived by his brothers, Michael J. (MaryKay) Boerio of Youngstown, Victor J. Boerio, lll of Austintown and Mark J. (Kaye) Boerio of Daytona Beach, FL; his sister, Victoria L. (Timothy) Clark of Austintown; his nieces and nephews, Victor J. (Christina) Boerio, lV, of Mercer, Joseph E. (Samantha) Boerio of North Jackson, Brian (Kathy) Clark, Daryl Clark, Stacey Clark, all of Austintown, Megan (Thomas) Vekasy of Boardman, Brittany Boerio and Vincent Boerio, both of Austintown and friends, Kimberly Hladun of Berlin Center, Tamra Scott of Austintown and Jennifer Storm of Warren. Tony was preceded in death by his parents. Friends may call from 10-11 a.m. Friday at Christ Community Church in Campbell followed by a Memorial Service at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Tony’s name may be given to Christ Community Church 531 Neoka Dr. Campbell, OH 44405.
