Arlene Deloris Mccauley

Arlene D. (Hilty) McCauley, age 69, of Niles died following a short illness at 3:16 am Tuesday, July 22, 2008, at her home. She was born March 31, 1939 in Apollo, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Hiram Lee Tressler and Doll Eva (Landon) Hilty. Arlene was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She was a devoted wife and mother and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Arlene enjoyed all types of crafts. She is survived by her husband Roy L. McCauley, whom she married April 9, 1955; two daughters, Arlene McCauley and Katherine (Kevin) Hake both of Niles; two sons, Stanton (Lisa) McCauley and Richard McCauley both of Niles; eight grandchildren, Landon McCauley, Loni Cox, Jessica McCauley, Dustin and Matthew Cain, Nikia Carbone, Natalie Eckrote and Crystal Walker; eleven great grandchildren; one sister, Gin Bube of Niles and one brother, Donald Hilty of Niles. One son, Roy L. McCauley Jr., one sister, Georgia M. Petrilla and two brothers, Frank Hilty and Edward Ross all preceded her in death. Arrangements are being handled by Roberts-Clark Funeral Chapel in Warren, where a private funeral service will be held at 4:00 pm Friday, July 25, 2008 with Pastor Joe Doran officiating. According to Arlene's wishes, cremation will be held. Burial will be at a later date at Kerr Cemetery in Weathersfield Township.
