Audrey Jean Hazlett

Funeral services will be held 10AM Saturday in the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Audrey J. Hazlett of New Road in Austintown, who passed away at 5:32AM Wednesday, April 26, 2006 in the intensive care unit at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Audrey was 78. Audrey was born on February 29, 1928 in Ellsworth, Ohio and was the daughter of Earl W. and Ruth (Dutchon) Willock. Audrey retired in December of 1997 after working for 30 years as a secretary for the Austintown Board of Education. She also worked at Youngstown Sheet and Tube and Spiegels for several years. Audrey was a member of Austintown Community Church. Audrey is survived by her husband of 57 years James H. Hazlett, whom she married on September 24, 1948; a son James E. and his wife Fran Hazlett of Canfield; a daughter Gail and her husband Ronald Faniro of Poland; a sister Norma Bishop of Poland; and one grandson Ryan Hazlett. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sister Frances Greier, and Donna Willock; and a brother Earl Willock. Family will receive friends from 5 until 8 PM Friday, April 28, 2006 at the funeral home. The family requests that material contributions be made to the Austintown Communtiy Church.
