Austen C.S. Nearhoof

Austen C.S. Nearhoof of 3283 Main Street, Mineral Ridge, Ohio, died Sunday in the Emergency Room of Tod Children’s Hospital, Youngstown after a sudden illness. He was 6 months old.

Little Austen was born in Youngstown, Ohio on August 9, 2005, a son of Houston and Donna (Wolfgang) Nearhoof, III.

Survivors include: his parents; his brothers, Nicholas Rhoades, Hartford, OH, and Houston Nearhoof, IV, at home; his sisters, Rachael, Rebecca, Catelyn, & Hailey Nearhoof, all at home; his maternal grandparents, Bob & Denise Underwood, Hartford, and Terry & Nancy Wolfgang, Niles, OH; his paternal grandparents, Houston & Rickie Nearhoof, II, Sharon, PA, and Nikola & Scott Crowley, Fredonia, PA; and his paternal great-grandmother, Ruth Nearhoof, Liberty, OH.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Maddison Nearhoof.

Services will be held private. No Calling hours will be scheduled.
