Barbara A. Raymond CANFIELD- Services will be held at 7pm on Saturday Feb. 1, 2014 at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Austintown, for Barbara A. Raymond, 74 who died Jan 28, 2014 at St. Elizabeth's Health Center in Youngstown. She was born Feb. 27, 1939 in Youngstown, OH, the daughter of the late Edwin and Ruth (Bowser) Johnston. Barbara was a home maker who loved her family and friends, She was a member of the Eagles of Austintown 3298, who was like a second family to her. Barbara was well known for decorating her house inside and out during the holidays and on special occasions, she was also known as the pop tab lady of Austintown and was recognized by the Ronald McDonald House for her collection of tabs. She enjoyed having family pasta dinners on Sundays as well as gardening and taking the time to make her house look beautiful. She also loved collecting frogs and accumulated many over the years. . She leaves behind her husband of almost 57 years, Bill Raymond Sr., whom she married on Sept. 7, 1957, her children Bill (George L. Agues) Raymond Jr., of Youngstown, Barbara "Barbie" (William) List of Austintown, Rita A. Raymond, Cynthia (Greg Ellis) Gomez of Austintown and Jeffrey Raymond of Canfield, her grandchildren Charles Raymond and Alicia Lynn Luketic, Amber Leigh (Joel ) Batt, and Jay B. Smallwood, her great grandchildren Colin and Chloe Martin, Nicholas Luketic and Aiden Russell, her siblings Ed (Maryann) Johnston, David "Inky" Johnston and Ruthann (Frank) Reyes as well as her niece Belinda (Gene McCoy) Ser and may other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister Betty Raymond..
