Betty L. Carter

Betty L. Carter died Saturday, April 28 at her daughter’s home in Austintown. Betty was born February 3, 1931 in Huntington, WV to Roy Bell and Della (Walker) Bell. She leaves a son, Edward Della Penna of Jacksonville, FL; two daughters: Carol (Ray) Harmon of Gulfport, MS, and Deborah (Bruce) Clymer of Austintown. She leaves seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Carter, a son, James H. Della Penna, and a brother Roy Bell Arrangements are being handled by Lane Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel.
