Betty L. Persinger

Austintown- Funeral services will be held at 3 pm Friday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Betty Persinger who died Monday afternoon at the Hospice House. Betty was born January 1, 1938 in Kentucky, the daughter of James Wardrip and Theda F. (Jameson) Wardrip. Betty is survived by her children, Charles (Shirley) Persinger of Boardman, Mark (Lauri) Leroy of Jacksonville, Florida, Frances Ann ( Tony) Geiger of Camden South Carolina, five grandchildren and five great grandchildren, three step grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister Mary Brothers of Austintown and brother Jerry Wardrip of Indianapolis, Indiana. Betty was preceded in death by her husband Charles W. Persinger October 31, 2001, son William Roosa and siblings; William Wardrip, Mabel Burdine, Jean Harshfield and Maureen Wardrip. Betty always enjoyed her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Family and friends may call from 2-3 pm Friday at the funeral home prior to services
