Betty M. Latessa, 84 CANFIELD There will be services at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Lane Family Funeral Homes, Canfield Chapel for Betty M. Latessa, 84, who died Friday evening at St. Elizabeth Health Center. She was born Sept. 21, 1927, in Youngstown, a daughter of Alton D. and Margaret Hodge Ensign. She was a homemaker and of the Protestant faith. Betty cherished the time spent with her family, especially her granddaughter. She enjoyed cooking and canning and also spending time in the Pennsylvania mountains. Betty is survived by her husband of 66 years, Raymond J. Latessa, whom she married Feb. 23, 1946; her daughter, Darlene (Tom) Hubble of Lake Milton; her son, James Latessa of Canfield; and her granddaughter, Erica (Nathan) Blust of Holland, Ohio. She was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters. Friends may call Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m., prior to the service.
