Billy James Brown

Billy James Brown, 67 of Windham, died Saturday, December 31, 2005 at 11:15 PM at Robinson Memorial Hospital. Born December 27, 1938, Billy was a son of the late Carlos Richard and Lassie (Harper) Brown. Mr. Brown is survived by two daughters, Dawonna Yvonne Combs of Michigan, Tammy Carol Lubish of Ravenna, OH, by a son, Steven Brown of Newton Falls, OH, 11 grandchildren, four great grandchildren, five sisters, and four brothers. He was preceded in death by a sister. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, January 4, 2006 from 4 to 8PM at the Roberts-Clark Chapel and Thursday January 5, 2006 from 12 Noon to 2PM. The Rev. James F. Baer will conduct a funeral service Thursday at 2PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Gainesboro, TN. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
