Brenda L Dama

Brenda Lou (Blake) Dama, 50, of Canfield, passed away November 6, 2012 at the Hospice House in Poland. Brenda was born October 30, 1962 in Warren, OH to Brooks and Reva (Allen) Blake. She received her Bachelor's degree from Kent State University, and then went on to receive her Masters from Franciscan University in Steubenville. She was an active member of St. Christine Church in Youngstown, and was a proud co-owner of the Blue Star Family Counseling, which assists members of the military and their families among others. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, golfing and sharing a glass of wine with family and friends. Brenda is survived by her husband of 20 years, Thomas; two daughters, Christian Dama of Canfield and Danielle (Adam) Poe of Hubbard; two sons, Jeremiah (Natalie) Warren of Youngstown and James, Jr. (Kelly) Warren of Canfield; nine grandchildren, Jimmy, Joey, Mary - Elizabeth, Isaiah, Niah, Averie, Jeremiah, Capri and Matthew; mother, Reva Blake of Champion and four sisters, Snooks (Harold) Hathaway of Leavittsburg, Donna (Jack) Gwinn of North Bloomfield, Rita (Joe) Kook of Cortland and Shelly Demartini of Warren. She was preceded in death by her father Brooks Blake and two brothers Williard and Eddie Blake. Visitation will be held 3-5 PM Sunday November 11, 2012 at the Lane Family, Roberts-Clark Chapel 180 Garfield, Warren, OH 44483. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10AM Monday at the St. Christine Church, 3165 S. Schenley, Younstown, OH 44511. Interment will follow at the All Souls Cemetery.
