Brian Hibbard

NILES-Brian S. Hibbard, 57, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at his home after suffering a massive heart attack. Brian was born September 17, 1952 in Jamestown, New York the son of Harry W. and Rikki (Crick) Hibbard and was a 1971 graduate of Chaney High School. Brian was currently working for L.B. Foster Co. and was a former member of Laborers Local 125 in Youngstown. Brian was of the Catholic faith and a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Niles. He was an avid New York Yankees fan and enjoyed flower gardening, reading, playing chess and spending time with his grandchildren. Brian is survived by his wife the former Brenda Hayes whom he married May 6, 1978; his mother Rikki Hibbard of Mineral Ridge; two children Thomas (Allyson) Hibbard of Hubbard and Molly Hibbard of Niles; a brother Steven (Carole) Hibbard of Modesto, CA; a sister Judy (Fred) Waite of Austintown; and four grandchildren Sarah and Julie Hall, and Riley and Leonard Hibbard. Brian was preceded in death by his father. Calling hours will take place on Monday, October 5, 2009 from 5 until 7PM in the Lane Funeral Home Niles Chapel, where a funeral service will take place at 7:30PM.
