Carl ''Curly' Haddle Sr.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Carl ''Curly'' Haddle Sr. of 3237 Quentin Drive Youngstown who past away Monday at his residence. He was born October 29, 1926 the son of the late Jesse Roy and Matilda Becker Haddle. Carl worked as a truck driver for 42 years retiring from A.B.F. in 1990 and also worked for Trans American and Interstate. He was member of Teamsters Local 377, Youngstown Masonic Temple Lodge #615, Aut Mori Grotto, Aut Mori Grotto Clown Unit, V.F.W. Post 15036, American Legion 0888, and a past member of Struthers Eagles. He was an Army Staff Sergeant in World War II. He is survived by his wife Mary Stirk Haddle who he married on May 27, 1950, sons Carl (Zeke) (Joanne) Haddle Jr. of Youngstown, Earl (Judy) Haddle of Boardman, Robert (Debra) Haddle of Poland, daughter Pati (Dave) Kohut of Youngstown, sister Doris (Richard) Kilgore of Florida, brothers R.L. Haddle of Youngstown, Walter (June) Haddle of Youngstown, Henry (Jenny) Haddle of Boardman, Donald (Betty) Haddle of Youngstown, Frank (Loretta) Haddle of Florida and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters, Jessie Larosa, Sabina Servenack, Sally Connor and Margaret Haddle. Calling hours will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at Lane Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel. and a Masonic Service at 8:00 p.m. Carl will be sadly missed by his wife, children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, brothers, sister, neighbors, friends, members of the clown unit and lodge brothers, all of whom shared a room of laughter and smiles for all he ever had an acquaintance with.
