Carol A. Anderson

April 24, 1939 — March 9, 2006

Carol A. Anderson of 804 Carnegie Avenue, Sharon, Pennsylvania, went home to be with her Lord Thursday (3-9-2006) in U.P.M.C. – Horizon, Farrell, Pennsylvania after an extended illness. She was 66. Mrs. Anderson was born in Sharon, Pennsylvania on April 24, 1939, a daughter of Samuel H. and Elizabeth (Kloss) Brown. She graduated from Brookfield High School in 1958 and she was a homemaker. Carol was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Sharon, where she helped her family as a Communion Steward. She also was a former assistant Den Mother for Troop #4, Sharon. In her spare time, Carol enjoyed camping, attending vintage rock concerts, and spending time with her family. She was an avid Elvis Presley fan. Survivors include: husband, Robert A. Anderson, whom she married December 29, 1959; 2 children, Debra L. Reeher & her husband Dennis, Transfer, PA, and Robert A. Anderson, Jr., at home; 2 brothers, Larry E. Brown, Brooklyn, Ohio, and James E. Brown, Warren, OH; and one granddaughter, Kimberly Sackett. She was preceded in death by her parents; and by her brother, Paul S. Brown. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday at Madasz Funeral Chapel, Brookfield, with Dr. Jeff Sterling, Pastor. Calling hours will be Monday from 4-7 PM. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Hermitage, Pennsylvania. Memorial Contributions may be made to the donor’s choice. Family & Friends can send condolences to www.madaszchapel.com.
