N. Jackson-- Services will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday May 27, 2014 at Lakeview Assembly of God, Lake Milton for Carolyn M. Collett, 72, who went home to be with the Lord Saturday afternoon at Hospice House in Poland. Mrs. Collett was born August 4, 1941 in Washburn, TN the daughter of the late Estille and Rosella (Rush) Hoskins. Carolyn graduated from Bell County High School in 1958. She was a resident of Pineville, KY before moving to N. Jackson, OH where she lived for over 40 years. She was a founding member of Lakeview Assembly of God. She loved her church and photography. Carolyn was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to everyone. She leaves her husband Jack Collett whom she married on Jan. 31, 1959, her three children Angela Mix of Lordstown, David (Mischelle) Collett of Grosse Ile, MI and Carrie Collett of Louisville, KY, grandchildren Jaquelyn (John) Zawaski, Joseph Mix and Tyler London, great-grandchildren Emma and Colin Zawaski and sister Phyllis Hoskins of Middlesboro, KY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother James Hoskins. A graveside service will be held at 11am on Thursday May 29, 2014 at Green Hills Memorial Gardens in Middlesboro, KY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice House, 9803 Sharrot Rd., Poland OH 44514 Arrangements have been entrusted to The Lane Family Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel (330) 744-2289
