CHARLES E. (CHUCK) KING JR. Age 74 Lake Milton- Services celebrating the life of Charles E. King Jr. will be held at 11 am Wednesday at the Lane Family Funeral Home Austintown Chapel. Chuck was born April 3, 1939 in Springfield, IL. the son of Charles E. King Sr. and Beulah Mae (Reeves) King. Chuck passed away Sunday July 7, 2013 at the Hospice House. He retired in 1998 after 41 years from General Motors where he had been a mechanical engineer. Chuck was a member of Palmyra Methodist Church where he sang in the choir. He was a 30 year member of the Lion's club of Canfield. Chuck loved being active, camping, karaoke, golf, motorcycles and boating. He was a member of Sports Car Club of America, and drove stock cars at Nelson's Ledges. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Lila (Cone) King whom he married December 3, 2005, children; Charles (Michell) King of Canfield, Dawn (Ken) Frank of Jackson, TN., Timothy King of California, Cheryl Vansteenberg of Lake Milton, Sandy Dunsieth of Austintown, Linda Toman of Youngstown. He will also be missed by grandchildren, Danielle, Dayne, Pam, Richard, Amanda, Brittany, BreAnne, Brice and three great grandchildren. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, sister Wanda Lee King and grandson Timothy Roessler. Family and friends may call from 5-8 pm Tuesday evening at the funeral home and from 10-11am Wednesday morning prior to services. The King family asks that memorial contributions be made to.
