Charles F. Etzweiler

Youngstown-Funeral services will be held 1 PM Thursday at the Lane Funeral Home-Austintown Chapel for Charles F. Etzweiler age 78 of 2958 Canfield Rd. who died Monday afternoon in St. Elizabeth Hospital. Charles was born Nov. 23, 1925 in Greenville, Pa. and was the son of Charles D. and Twyla (Christman) Etzweiler. He had been a job estimator for various insulation and plumbing companies. Charles had served in the U.S. Army during WWII and was a member of the American Legion Post in Lake Milton. His wife, the former Agnes P. Steffel whom he married Feb. 11, 1956 died July 15, 1990. He is survived by two daughters Regina (James) Olson of Dunkirk, NY, Shelia (Bruce)St. John of Jamestown, NY, three sons Mark Etzweiler of Manchester, New Hampshire, Tom (Linda)Etzweiler of Ashburn, Vir., Patrick Etzweiler of Richmond, Vir., two sisters Vera Davidson of North Jackson, Clara Harvey of Austintown, 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and a son William Etzweiler who died April 3rd this year. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12-1 PM Thursday prior to services.
