Charles Michael Attley Crouch, son to George & Sarah (McCurdy) Crouch, died Tuesday (3-7-2006) in U.P.M.C. - Horizon, Farrell, PA. He was stillborn.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by: paternal grandparents, Ed & Barb Crouch, Hubbard, OH; maternal grandparents, Paula Trojak, Sharon, PA, and Chuck & Deb McCurdy, Rittman, OH; paternal great-grandmother, Della Bardon, Hubbard, OH, maternal great-grandfather, Michael Yarabenets, Jr., Masury, OH, and maternal great-grandparents, Chuck & Flo McCurdy, Masury, OH.

He was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandfather, Francis Bardon; his paternal great-grandparents, Attley & Adeline Esposito; and his maternal great-grandmother, Idabel Yarabenets.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday (3-13-2006) at the Madasz Funeral Chapel, Brookfield, with Rev. Daniel Harry, Pastor of Central Christian Church, Hubbard, OH. No Calling hours will be scheduled. Burial will be in Hubbard Union Cemetery.
