Charles Wesley Brewer, 86, of Howland Township, passed away, Saturday morning, October 16, 2010 at Forum Health Trumbull Memorial Hospital. Born June 21, 1924 in Niles, Charles was the son of the late Harley and Hazel (Pugh) Brewer. Charles was a lifetime area resident and retired in 1981 from Amweld in Niles where he worked as a brake press operator for 30 years. Charles attended the McKinley Community Church in Warren, he was a member of the Senior Citizens Bowling League at Echo Lanes, an avid sports fan and enjoyed woodworking and flower gardening. Charles will be dearly missed by his loving wife, Helen M. (Baker) Brewer of Howland Twp. whom he married June 5, 1948, by his son, Jim Brewer of Warren, four grandsons, a granddaughter, ten great grandchildren, and two brothers Ronnie Brewer of Niles and Robert Brewer of New Mexico. He was preceded in death by a son Chucky Brewer and daughter Trudy Harrington, a granddaughter and brother Jack Brewer. According to Charles� wishes cremation will take place and a memorial service will be held Sunday afternoon, October 24, 2010 at 3PM at the McKinley Community Church in Warren. Burial will take place in Greenlawn Cemetery in Greene, OH. The family has entrusted arrangements to the care of the Roberts-Clark Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, material contributions may be made to the McKinley Community Church at 1524 Elm Road NE Warren, OH 44483
