Charlotte E. Weden (Char) passed away peacefully on February 14, 2017 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 63 years, William. She is survived by her children, Cindy Reich (Steve), Kent Weden (Teresa) and daughter-in-law, Jane Weden (wife of late son Mark Weden). She was the loving grandmother of Nicholas Reich, Andrew Reich, Matt Weden, Mark Weden and Megan Weden. Char attended Kent State University and graduated from Youngstown State University. She was employed by the Poland Local School District for 25 years as a first grade teacher. Char was a devoted and long time member of the First Covenant Church in Boardman where she was active in volunteering in various capacities throughout her life. She also enjoyed being part of the Wildwood Garden club, as well as volunteering her time in other civic organizations in the area. Char will be remembered for her kindness, positive attitude, energetic spirit, and loving smile. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 8th at 11 a.m. at First Covenant Church, where friends may call from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service at the church.
