Clara Macdougall

Clara "Jobie" MacDougall, age 77 of Austintown passed away Sunday, November 4, 2012 at Briarfield Manor Care Center in Austintown. Born March 15, 1935 in Butler, PA, she was the daughter of Lester and Jennie (McClymonds) Scott. Clara married Michael Poinski, Sr in 1954 and had two children; Diana and Michael. Her first husband died January 3, 1968. She married Eugene MacDougall on October 22, 1971. Eugene had a son, Lynn and together they had a daughter, Kimberly. Clara worked from 1961-1971 with Ohio Bell as a telephone operator and loved playing bingo and bowling. Survivors include her husband, Eugene, daughters; Diana (Jeffrey) Burns of Connecticut, Kimberly Bartlett of Austintown, sons; Michael (Margaret) Poinski, Jr., of Austintown, Lynn (Suzann) MacDougall of Jefferson, Ohio, Sister; Sandra (Norman) Cappitte, Sr. of Youngstown and a son in law; Ray Bartlett of Austintown, 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, 1st husband Michael, two brothers; Larry and Bobby, and a sister, Arlene. Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 7, 2012 from 1-2pm with a 2:00pm services at the Lane Family Funeral Home-Austintown Chapel.
