Claretta Jean Olejnik

Claretta "Jean" Olejnik, 92, passed away at St. Elizabeth Hospital on April 8, 2019. Jean was born on February 28, 1927 in Vernon, OH to William & Carrie (Blackburn) Romine. She graduated from Hartford High School and spent time working in the adult day care industry. In January of 1960, Jean was united in marriage to Peter Olejnik who preceded her in death on December 18, 1990. Family was important to Jean. She enjoyed cooking for them and sitting on her porch swing enjoying their company. She was a Cleveland Browns and NASCAR fan as well. Jean is survived by her children Tom Kelly, Susan (Bob) Fanning, Randy Kelly & Brian Olejnik; 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Besides her husband, Jean was preceded in death by her son Walter and 6 brothers. Cremation has taken place, and there will not be any public services.
