David W. Walter

Austintown- Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday at the Lane Funeral Home-Austintown Chapel for David W. Walter age 42 of Austintown who died Sat. at his home. Dave was born July 20, 1961 in Warren, Ohio and was the son of Wayne and Karen (Shaw) Walter. Dave attended Lordstown Vocational School as well as Mineral Ridge High School. He had previously worked for Special K with his brother in parking lot maintenance. Dave attended the Church at Warren. After living in Van Nyes, Calif for several years, he returned to the Youngstown/Warren area and settled in Austintown. Dave was most recently involved in a Community Gardening Project through Ohio State University. He loved music, fishing, and gardening. Dave leaves his parents of Niles, a sister Kimberly and her husband Brian Luther of Chardon and a brother Kevin Walter of Niles. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday.
