Debbie J. Frank

Debbie J. Frank 85, passed away peacefully March 21 surrounded by her loved ones. Debbie was born on July 9th, 1928 in Dillonvale, OH, daughter of the late Harry Lyons and Nellie (Mozingo) Lyons. Debbie was a 1946 graduate of Newton Falls High School and went on to attend the Trumbull Business College. She worked in the payroll department of the Lordstown Depot until she married her husband, Samuel F. Frank, on July 2, 1955. She then managed her and her husband's insurance business. Debbie was a member of the General Chapter Eastern Star Miriam Chapter 278. She loved to shop, cook, and travel, but most of all she loved to spend time with her family and friends whom she adored dearly. Left to cherish Debbie's memory is her daughter, Candace Shugart; son-in-law Thomas; grandson Rocky Kennedy; granddaughter Tiffany (Phil) Shugart-Westbay; great-grandchildren Rocky Jr., Ashton, Hunter Kennedy, and Ava Shugart; brother Charles (Betty) Lyons; nieces Sandra Sasnosky, Joyce Shaffer, Julie Albright, Vicky Lillo and Cindy Babayk; and nephew Richard Kubiac. Besides her parents and husband, Debbie is predeceased by two sisters, Kathleen Kubiac and Garnet Loppe, and brother George Lyons. A memorial service celebrating Debbie's life will be conducted by Pastor Sam Gentile on Friday March 28 at 6:00 pm, friends and family may call from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel, 5797 Mahoning Ave.
