Deborah Egner

Deborah A. Egner, 49, of Boardman, formerly of New Castle, passed away peacefully, June 19, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, after a lengthy illness. She was born June 29, 1963, in New Castle, PA the daughter of Ron Valentine and Mary Forester. Deborah was an avid Steelers fan and gardener, who loved riding her motorcycle and selling antiques at Rogers Open Air Market. She especially loved spending time with her family during pool parties and cook outs. She was proud to be a grandmother and will always be remembered for her sense of humor and her jokes. She will be dearly missed by her loving husband, John, whom she married May 1, 1995, her father; Ron Valentine and mother; Mary (David) May, three sons; Kiez (Ashley) Smith, of Poland, Kerstin Smith and Jason Egner, both of Boardman, a daughter; Jessica Egner, of Boardman, a sister Patricia Valentine McConnell and brother; Ron Valentine III, both of New Castle, a grandson Troy Smith and many more family and friends. Funeral services will be held at the Lane Family Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel Thursday, June 27, 2013 at 12 Noon. Friends will be received from 10:00am until the time of the service. Interment will be at Green Haven Memorial Gardens.
