Dennick Warner Cox Jr. - 48 Austintown—Services will be at 1PM Friday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Dennick Warner Cox Jr. 48, of Austintown who passed away Tuesday in Northside Hospital Medical Center. Denny was born March 18, 1956 in Youngstown the son of Dennick W. Sr. and Betty Gean (Ours) Cox and was a life long area resident. He was a 1974 graduate of Fitch High School and worked for Santisi’s IGA in stocking where he was Shop Stewart. Denny enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing. He was a baseball coach for the Ausitntown Community Baseball League and also helped coach the Fitch Bowling team. He was of the Baptist faith. Besides his parents of Austintown, Denny leaves two brothers David (Melissa) and Doug (Sheryl) Cox both of Austintown, a sister Debra Joki (Bob) of New Wilmington PA, ten nieces and nephews; Robbie, Joshua, Mandy, Tammy, Jeremy and Sherry Joki of New Wilmington, Justin, Corey, Matthew, and Kevin Cox all of Austintown and three great nieces and nephews; Megan, Bobby, and Samantha. Family and friends may call from 6 to 9 PM Thursday and from noon to 1 PM Friday at the funeral home.
