Memorial services will be 5 PM Thursday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Domenic J. FaJohn who passed away Monday evening at his home. Domenic was born April 13, 1931 in Boyers, PA a son of the late Vincenzo (James) and Antoinette (Mary) (Diana) FaJohn. He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. Domenic retired in 1984 as a supervisor from Youngstown Sheet and Tube Campbell Works, and was also a self employed painter during that time. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, fishing, and selling at local flea markets, but most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren. His wife the former Gloria Vitale, whom he married October 27, 1952, passed away December 11, 2008. He is survived by his daughter Brenda (Dennis) Delfosse of Austintown; three sisters: Madeline (Ernie) Rakaczky of Pittsburgh, PA, Violet Fleeger of New Castle, PA and Regina FaJohn of Polk, PA, and three grandchildren: Matthew, Christina and her fianc Jonathan Wagner , and Jennifer. Besides his parents, Domenic is preceded in death by two sisters: Sophie Kopczewski and Adeline Panei; and six brothers: Carl, Richard, Ardent, Celestino, Archie, and Arthur FaJohn. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 5190 Market St., Boardman, OH 44512 in Domenic's name. Friends may call from 3 PM until 5 PM Thursday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel.
