Donna J. Crites

McDonald- Memorial services will be held 1 PM Friday at the Lane Funeral Home-Mineral Ridge Chapel for Donna J. Crites, age 71 of McDonald who died early Monday morning in St. Joseph Health Care in Warren. Donna was born July 13, 1936 in Boardman. She had worked a number of years ago for Mr. Donut where she had been a baker. Donna enjoyed doing all kinds of crafts and enjoyed cooking. Donna is survived by her children, Edward (Sharon) Crites of Akron, Desiree Welker of Pennsylvania, Carl Crites with whom she made her home, Robert (Tiff) Crites of Cuyahoga Falls, a brother James Shook of Howland and a sister Linnea Thompson of Payson, AZ. She also leaves 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Roy Shook. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12-1 PM prior to the services on Friday.
