Doris M. Hutchison

Doris M. Hutchison of 8055 Addison Rd., Masury, Ohio, died at 11:53 PM Monday (3-17-2008) in the Emergency Room of Sharon Regional Health Care System following a prolonged illness. She was 90. Mrs. Hutchison was born at home in Brookfield, Ohio on October 31, 1917, a daughter of Rex and Elsie (Tribby) Hall. A lifetime resident of Brookfield Township and a 1936 graduate from Brookfield High School, Doris attended the Brookfield Christian Church. She was also a member of the Knights Templar Auxiliary. In her spare time, she enjoyed selling Avon for over 32 years. Survivors include: her daughter, Debra L. Colletta & her husband William, Hubbard, OH; her sisters, Ada Mesmer, Orangeville, OH, and Edna Barber, Masury, OH; her brothers, Paul Hall, Titusville, FL, and Dale Hall, Youngstown, OH; and her grandsons, William Colletta, Jr., Hubbard, and Joshua Colletta, Columbus, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents; by her husband, Donald E. Hutchison, whom she married September 27, 1952, he died January 17, 1981; by her brothers, Clyde, Earl, Otto, Carl & Ashton Hall; and by her sister, LaVerne Shockey. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday (3-20-2008) at the Madasz Funeral Chapel, Brookfield, Ohio, with Pastor Bill Stevens, a family friend. Calling hours will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Brookfield Township Cemetery.
