Duane E Newfield

Gallatin, TN Duane E. Newfield, 79, passed away Tuesday morning, February 21, 2017 at his home. Duane was born on September 15, 1937 in Portage Township, PA; a son of the late Henry and Florence Newfield. He was a Portage High School graduate and worked at Packard Electric until he retired. He was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. He was an avid reader and enjoyed painting, drawing, crossword puzzles, and fishing. Duane will be deeply missed by his two step-sons Tom (Jan) Page and Terry (Linda) Page; eight grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Ruth Anne Newfield; and his step-son Tim Page. Funeral service for Duane will be held on Saturday April 8, 2017 at 11:00AM at Lane Family Funeral Homes Madasz Chapel located at 6923 Warren-Sharon Road Brookfield, OH 44403.
