Edward Black

Edward Black, age 81 of Masury, died on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at his residence. He was born on June 8, 1930 in Beaver Falls, PA, a son of the late Franklin A. Black and the late Lettie March Black. Edward was a veteran of the United States Army having served during the Korean War and had attended St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Hubbard. He had worked for many years for Lou Thompson Amusements before working as a Truck Driver for Ed Chadderton for nearly 30 years. He is survived by his daughter, Janet (Larry) Falhamer of Masury and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Edward was preceded in death by his wife, Eva Schultz Black, three brothers, Raymond, Leroy and Chester Black, a grandson, Eddie Jo Black and by his best friend and cousin, George Allen. Private family services will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Madasz Funeral Chapel in Brookfield.
