Edward Kraynak

Edward Kraynak, age 65, of Bazetta Twp., died Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at his daughters home in Bazetta. He was born on April 27, 1945 in Youngstown, OH, a son of the late Joseph Kraynak and the late Jenny Madey Kraynak. Edward was a veteran of the United States Army having served during the Vietnam War and retired from General Motors where he had worked for 28 years. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, but mostly, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He loved to take them fishing and enjoyed attending their various sporting activities. Edward is survived by his daughter, Terrie (Scott) DeWeese of Bazetta, son Edward J. (Jodi) Kraynak of Niles, two brothers, Ron (Carol) Kraynak of Masury, OH and Joe (Irene) Kraynak of Burghill, OH and two grandsons, Tyler and Randy DeWeese. Also surviving is his extended family, Jaime (Troy) Cihan and their children, Anthony, Ian and Matthew of Newton Falls and Bobbi (Thomas) Reiner and their son, Brandon of Niles. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Shafer-Winans Funeral Chapel in Cortland where the family will receive friends on Friday, August 13, 2010 from 4 PM 6 PM. The Trumbull County American Legion Honor Guard will conduct a military service at 6 PM Friday at the Funeral Home.
