Elizabeth (Betty) A. Fuzy

Berlin Center- Funeral services will be held at 12 pm Wednesday at the Lane Funeral Home Canfield Chapel for Elizabeth ( Betty) Fuzy formerly of Hoyle Road who died Monday morning in Longmeadow Care Center in Ravenna. Betty was born August 30, 1915 in Youngstown the daughter of Paul and Elizabeth Kovach. Mrs. Fuzy was employed as a custodian for Western Reserve Schools for many years retiring in 1980’s, she was a member of the Berlin Center Flower and Garden Club and loved flowers cooking and baking. She is survived by her children; Robert A. (Sandy) Fuzy of Austintown, Arlene Collins and David of Akron, one brother Emery (Mary) Kovach of Campbell, five grandchildren: Pamela (Pat) Ciccone, Robert R. Fuzy, Chris (Angel) Mehl, Margo Gardner, Melanie Mehl and six great grandchildren Michael, Cara, Justin Ciccone, Kane, Kylie and Jocelyn Mehl. She was preceded in death by her husband Albert J. Fuzy whom she married August 29, 1935 died in 1980, brothers Michael and Paul Kovach and sister Mary Halas. Family and friends may call from 10 am until time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
