Elvina Jean Goldner, "Nina", age 76 of Austintown, Ohio, died on Monday, January 26, 2015 at 4:06 PM at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown. She was born on October 27, 1938, daughter of the late Edward and Josephine Packard Goldner, Sr. Nina was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. She was a UPS Driver for 25 years. Some of her likes were gambling at the various casinos and having big parties at the beloved "Coop". She was a huge Ohio State Buckeye fan. Her greatest love though was her family, she had "children", her 15 nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. Other survivors include her life-long partner, Mary K. Henry, "Katie"; her siblings, Phyllis Henry of Austintown, Edward (Karen) Goldner, Jr. of Berlin Center, and Judith (James) Tesone of Austintown; and "her other child", her dog, Little Man Tressel. Other than her parents, Nina was preceded in death by her brothers, Thomas and Donald Goldner; and "her other child", her dog, Brutus Buckeye. Visitation will be held at the Lane Family Funeral Home-Austintown Chapel on Thursday, January 29, 2015 from 3:00 7:00 PM, where family and friends will be greeted. Funeral services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to one's favorite charity.
