Emily E. Magyar

Austintown- Funeral services will be held 1:30 PM Thursday at the Lane Funeral Home-Austintown Chapel for Emily E. Magyar age 74 of 4841 Westchester Dr. who died Saturday evening at Briarfield Manor. Emily was born Nov. 11, 1930 in Earlville, Illinois and was the daughter of Charles and Lucinda (Stewart) Manning. She retired in 1992 from Northside Hospital where she had worked in Housekeeping and Dietary. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting and bingo and was of the Methodist faith. She is survived by her husband James H. Magyar whom she married in 1958. She also leaves five children, Sheila Hedricks of Grafton, WV, Missy (Larry) Russo of Tampa, FL., Linda (Howard) Clark of Austintown, Cindy (Ken) Bonacker of Youngstown, Ron Magyar of Struthers, two stepchildren James Magyar of Philadelphia, Pa., Linda Skorich of Virginia, a sister Martha Manning of Bradenton, FL, 14 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren, She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters Maxine Doleland, Arwilla Saccomen and Madeline Manning. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12:30 to 1:30 PM Thursday prior to services.
