Ethel Lovas Menning Krichbaum

Austintown- Funeral services will be held at 11 am Monday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Ethel Krichbaum who died Friday morning at Brairfield Manor. Ethel was born August 16, 1913 in North Jackson the daughter of Louis and Mary (Varga) Lovas. Ethel retired from Packaging Corporation of America in 1974 after 22 years. She was a member of Lord of Life Lutheran Church, a 50 year member of the Eastern Star. Her first husband Michael C. Menning, whom she married in 1934 died in 1955. She then married Karl Krichbaum in 1966. Karl and Ethel then moved to Florida in 1984, following Karl’s death in 1990 Ethel moved back to the Canfield area in 1991. Ethel was preceded in death by her parents, son Raymond Menning, six brothers, one step brother and a step sister. She is survived by her son Michael (Delores) Menning, fourteen grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. Ethel will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Family and friends may call from 6-8 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
